MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 20 minutes of shooting time.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable - 48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated. If photographer CANCELS due to covid, session will be rescheduled on a date that the photographer can confirm. If client cancels due to covid then the client will be given CREDIT in their account to use towards a session with Samantha Jackson Photography. Refunds will NOT be given as sessions are non-refundable.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions. Client is aware that a max of 4 people are allowed in the session due to COVID RESTRICTIONS, any additional people and you will be denied the session.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Samantha Jackson Photography.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining digital prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
