MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 30 minutes of shooting time.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable - 48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions. Client is aware that a max of 4 people are allowed in the session, any additional people and you will be denied the session. Or a prior arrangement would have had to been made with the photographer for additional fee of R150 per person.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Samantha Jackson Photography.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining digital prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)

TRAVEL FEE: Travel fee will be charged to and from Parklands to clients home @ R7.50 per km - will be added to shoot invoice

CLOTHING PJ session: 2 Adult and 2 children PJ sets are included in the session (child/or baby) Any additional outfits needed will be invoiced seperately R595 for adult and R395 for child/baby
