MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT
FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT TO SECURE YOUR SESSION - PAYMENT MUST BE DONE WITHIN 24HRS of your booking otherwise your session will be released and made available to other clients.
PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 15 minutes of shooting time. images will be sent by Febuary 13th latest.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable - 48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated. PLEASE NOTE THIS as i will not refund your session at all if you cancel or arrive late as there are booking costs involved with all the suppliers involved (makeup and hair and venue as well as my time)
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions. If youa re more than 10mins late your SESSION will be CANCELLED with NO REFUND
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Samantha Jackson Photography.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining digital prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
Session will include:
- 5 High Resolution digital images
- 15 minutes shooting time
- New Red Lingerie set for client to take home valued at R550
